Athena Zambelis, RP (Qualifying), RN, MSc
Hi there! I’m Athena, an MSc Psychotherapy trained Registered Nurse, and the Clinical Director of Theraspeak.
I understand what it means to feel “stuck” in life, to feel alone, powerless, and without purpose. I can guide you to envision and build towards a life worth living. Get empowered to make social connections, develop personal agency, and begin on a path towards a better tomorrow. I'll support you in using your strengths and resiliency to overcome the challenges that feel insurmountable. I provide a non-judgmental and collaborative space for you to find your footing again.
In addition to psychotherapy, my background as a Registered Nurse has given me expertise in psycho-education and medication management to help clients manage a range of psychiatric diagnoses.
