Session Format & Rates

All sessions are held individually (1:1 with a therapist) and offered in a virtual format. While video conferencing is preferred, phone calls are offered by client request. For walk and talk therapy, the logistics of meeting location and route will be discussed in session.

Rates:

Individual Therapy $140 / 50-60 minute session

Walk and Talk Therapy $200 / 50-60 minute session

Invoices and receipts will be provided for submission to insurance companies. We do not offer direct billing at this time, but can provide support in communicating with insurance companies. Please confirm ahead of time that you have coverage with therapists who have Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) status.

Affordable Therapy:

We offer limited spots for affordable therapy, ranging from $75+ per session based on client need.
